Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Because of the nature of our business (used books that are purchased without you knowing what you’re getting), we do not offer returns for any reason.
If you are not satisfied with the book you received, please reach out to us within 30 days of the purchase date and let us know what the problem is. If we deem it appropriate, we will send you a replacement blind date with a book.
Some situations in which we may send a replacement include:
– The book is damaged beyond readability
– You provided your “GoodReads” or similar profile and we sent you a book that you have already read
– The book we sent you is part of a series and is NOT the first book
Refunds
For the same reasons listed above, we also do not offer refunds for our products. You’re paying for the experience of getting a book that you haven’t looked at first.
Our goal is for you to have an amazing experience every time, but we know that you may have a negative experience. If you do, you can reach out and we will see if you qualify for a replacement book to be sent out at no charge.
At times, we may offer you a discount code for future purchases in lieu of a refund or a replacement book.
